Refund and Cancellation Policy
To secure your booking, payment is made in two equal instalments — 50% at the time of booking (the deposit) and 50% due 30 days prior to check-in (the final payment).

Payment Schedule

Deposit (50%) – Paid at the time of booking. This is non-refundable.

Final Payment (50%) – Automatically charged 30 days before check-in.

Cancellations
More than 30 days before check-in:

The deposit is non-refundable. The final payment will not be charged.

Within 30 days of check-in:

Both the deposit and final payment (100% of stay) are non-refundable.

Date Changes
You may request to change your booking dates with more than 30 days’ notice.
All date changes are subject to availability and must be requested via email.

Cleaning Fee
The cleaning fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.​
